Quality Inspection
A large pharmaceutical company in Philadelphia is looking to hire a Quality Inspector on their third shift. The QA Inspector has the responsibility to sample, inspect and evaluate incoming materials based on cGMP directives and SOP policies. He or she will also be responsible to monitor and provide support to the Packaging operation. The following are the requirements and responsibiliites for interested candidates:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sample and inspect all packaging components
- Monitor all aspects of the Packaging line activities
- Perform line checks such as closure torque, dosage counts, etc.
- Complete documentation to transfer materials from the different stages
- Reject and sticker materials accordingly
- Provide sufficient labeling to Packaging to fulfill orders
- Assist in the rejection of materials
- Prepare Rejection and MDO documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least one year of QA experience in FDA or GMP environment
- Working knowledge of GMPs
