Machinists and Welders Needed
We currently have FULL TIME openings for Welders, CNC Machinists, Manual Machinists, and Machine Fitters in Beaver Falls, PA. Some travel may be involved. After 6 months candidates will have 80% of benefits paid for by the company. (example: full family coverage will be under $200 a month).
Shifts are 6am - 4pm, and 6pm-4am. Most positions are day shift, but all candidates must be open to 2nd shift rotation as needed.
Openings:
- CNC Machinists – Pay up to $24/hr based on experience. Must be able to program from blueprints! Must have experience with a CNC vertical or horizontal mill. Must have own tools. Experience programming G or M code, Fanuc, etc.
- Manual Machinists - $14-$22/hr. Experience running manual lathes or mills preferred. Supervisory experience is a huge plus, shift supervisor, machine shop supervisor, etc. Must have outstanding blueprint ability, must be able to work unsupervised. Must be able to setup machines and inspect their own parts.
- Machine Fitters - $12-$18/hr. Strong mechanical ability. Basically a highly skilled Millwright. Machine shop experience is a big plus. Candidates will be responsible for tearing down and reassembling large fabrications (i.e. gearboxes, beam houses, replacing bearings, etc.)
- Welders - $12/hr. Mig and fluxcore, horizontal and vertical weld tests. Mainly plate work but some pipe. Must understand blueprints and weld symbols.
- Fitters – up to $20/hr. Must be able to layout large fabrications from complex prints.They will need to be able to work with minimal supervision.
Candidates must pass a drug test, lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transporation.
