Tool Crib Attendant
A large Manufacturing Corporation that specializes in designing and building custom, high-pressure valves, charging kits, hose assemblies and fittings is looking for a Tool Crib Attendant in the city of Covina, CA
Qualifications for a Tool Crib Attendant:
* MUST KNOW MACHINING TOOLS
* Strong Inventory background
* Can keep a tight rein on tooling distribution
* Very organized - needs to maintain inventory and justify usage
* Understand tooling - needs to be able to not get pushed around by the machinists when they insist they need a certain new expensive tool, but a little-used less expensive one is in house and available
* Bilingual - a HUGE plus. MUST speak fluent English
* Computer literate - needs to be able to communicate effectively with purchasing manager via the computer system. There is no phone in the tool crib
* Honest - this is a department that is VERY susceptible to theft
This position is first shift Monday thru Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm and paying $12/hr
